Returns & Exchanges Policy

At DecorLoom, we want your shopping experience to be seamless. Here’s how our returns and exchanges process works:


1. Processing Time

  • Most in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak shopping seasons, holidays, or promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days.


2. Product Availability

  • All items are subject to availability.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to:

    • Offer alternatives (if available)

    • Provide an estimated restock date

    • Process a full refund if you prefer to cancel


3. Delivery & Couriers

  • We deliver nationwide in South Africa via The Courier Guy, Aramex, PAXI, and Fastway.

  • Delivery timelines after dispatch:

    • Major cities & metros: 2–4 business days

    • Regional/outlying areas: 3–7 business days

  • Same-day or express delivery may be available in selected areas.

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Free delivery on South African orders over R1,000 (some exclusions may apply).


4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery, customers should:

  • Provide an accurate delivery address and contact details

  • Be available to receive deliveries during business hours

  • Inspect parcels upon delivery and report damage immediately

  • Provide secure delivery locations or authorized recipients


5. Order Adjustments

  • Notify us within 24 hours of shipment for:

    • Incorrect shipping address (if not yet dispatched)

    • Wrong item quantities

    • Missing items from your order

    • Billing discrepancies

Note: Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible.


6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

  • To start a return, email decorloomstore@gmail.com or WhatsApp +27 82 387 2548 with your order number.

  • Non-returnable items include: sale/clearance items marked Final Sale, gift cards, perishable items, and custom orders.

  • Exchanges may be offered for size/color changes or store credit, depending on availability.


7. Delivery Issues

  • Couriers will attempt delivery up to 2 times.

  • Packages held at depots must be collected within 5 business days, or they may be returned to sender.

  • For lost or damaged packages, contact us immediately with photos and order number.


8. International Shipping

  • Currently, DecorLoom ships within South Africa only.

  • International shipping may be introduced in the future.
