Most in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
Processing may take longer during peak shopping seasons, holidays, promotional events, or due to supply chain delays.
All items are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to:
Offer a suitable alternative (if available),
Provide an estimated restock date, or
Process a full refund if you choose to cancel.
We deliver across South Africa using trusted courier partners such as The Courier Guy, Aramex, and Fastway.

Courier capacity,
The shipping option selected at checkout.

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available in major cities)
Same-Day Delivery: Available in select Johannesburg and Pretoria areas (when applicable).
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

Delivery location,
Chosen shipping speed.

While we work with reliable couriers, DecorLoom is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services. However, we will:
Assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues,
Investigate lost or damaged parcels with the courier,
Support insurance claims where applicable.
Customer Responsibilities:
Provide an accurate delivery address and contact details.
Ensure someone is available to receive the order.
Inspect parcels upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.
If you notice an error (wrong address, wrong quantity, etc.), please contact us at decorloomstore@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.
We currently ship within South Africa only. For international inquiries, please contact us before placing an order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
You can track your order via the courier’s website.
Updates are sent for major delivery milestones (dispatch, out-for-delivery, delivery confirmation).
Failed Delivery Attempts: Couriers will attempt delivery up to 2 times. Uncollected packages may be returned to us and subject to re-delivery fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages: Contact us immediately with your order number. If damaged, include clear photos. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
During busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.):
Processing may take up to 5 business days.
Couriers may experience delays beyond our control.
Cut-off dates for guaranteed delivery will be communicated in advance.
