Refund & Returns Policy

At DecorLoom, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

👉 To start a return, please email us at decorloomstore@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +27 82 387 2548 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide the return address and instructions once your request is approved.

Please do not send items back without authorization, as we cannot process unauthorized returns.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the issue.

  • Keep all packaging until we advise next steps.

We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale.”

  • Gift cards or store credit.

  • Personal care & hygiene items.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.


Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or product:

  1. Return the original item using the process above.

  2. Place a new order for the item you’d like.

If you’re unsure about sizing or product details, contact us before ordering — we’re happy to assist.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll confirm approval or rejection within 3 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Bank/card processing times may vary and could take an additional 3–5 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us at decorloomstore@gmail.com.


International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Duties/taxes paid are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original purchase currency.
