We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
All tags and packaging must be intact.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

⚠ Please do not send items back without authorization, as we cannot process unauthorized returns.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the issue.
Keep all packaging until we advise next steps.
We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
Some items cannot be returned, including:
Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale.”
Gift cards or store credit.
Personal care & hygiene items.
Customized or made-to-order products.
If you’d like a different size or product:
Return the original item using the process above.
Place a new order for the item you’d like.
If you’re unsure about sizing or product details, contact us before ordering — we’re happy to assist.
Once we receive and inspect your return:
We’ll confirm approval or rejection within 3 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Bank/card processing times may vary and could take an additional 3–5 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us at decorloomstore@gmail.com.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Duties/taxes paid are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued in the original purchase currency.
